About Tech at Trustly:
The Support Engineer will be part of Tech’s Platform District (team Office IT), which supports both the office and developers, and provides tools so that they can be as effective and efficient as possible.
As a member of the Internal IT team, you will support the employees with troubleshooting, installations and ordering hardware and software in their daily work. The hardware includes Macs, iPhones, Apple TVs, printers and scanners for both on-site and remote offices.
The Office IT team is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day work associated with managing and processing IT hardware distributed to the end user population. This position is responsible for provisioning laptops, and other mobile devices. Other duties consist of prepping new hire bundles, processing equipment intake, and testing and repairing equipment.
The right person for this position will be excited to find, test, troubleshoot and support new hardware and services and have an interest in automation and efficiency.
